Are Fresno police shooting their guns too often? That's the results of the police auditors report.

What a bunch of gobbedly-gook! I want the police to fire as many times as necessary. They shouldn't have to stop and think about limits. Police are under scrutiny enough.  I'm not saying police should have absolute free will, but they do not need to have this hanging over their head.

I thought Democrats were supposed to be pro-choice? Maybe about abortion, but not your choice at the grocery store. Paper or plastic? Not anymore if Assemblyman Marc Levine (D-San Rafael) has his way. He is proposing a bill to ban plastic bags statewide. He came on the show and made some grandiose claims: that plastic bags cause 10% of the litter on the coast and animals drown because of plastic bags. When I asked to justify those claims, he went politician on me and changed the subject. LISTEN HERE. Callers were skeptical as well. They didn't buy his numbers or the fact it wouldn't cost anything.

Lorenzo Neal joined us to talk Super Bowl [LISTEN HERE]. He talked about the preparations and distractions heading to the big game. He recalled his experiences, playing with the Titans in the Super Bowl in 2000, culminating a childhood dream.

He mentioned that the list of great Hall of Famers who never won a Super Bowl, no less play in one.
