There is another governor visiting California trying to bring back business to his state. Gov. Dennis Daugaard of South Dakota was in town for the World Ag Expo in Tulare. He says his state's low tax rate is a great reason for milk producers to move to the Mount Rushmore State.

Daugaard says South Dakota is gun friendly, mainly because of its hunting tradition. He says he even has a shotgun in his office.

Parents who are upset with the direction of Bullard HS and Fresno Unified are speaking out tonight at the school board meeting.

One of the concerned citizens is John Trenberth, who is a member of the group Reform Fresno Unified. He feels the students are not being properly prepared for the modern working world.
