I'm not into conspiracy theories, so I checked this out. We should worry about Agenda 21, a United Nations plan for sustainable development. Some fear would limit, if not eliminate sovereign governments.
Bike lanes are one example. In my old stomping grounds of Reno, they added bike lanes. Even though it snows most of the year. Even though no one really uses it. I don't have a problem with bikers, but I have a problem to spend money where it is not warranted. We have bike paths. The rules of the road dictate that cars share the road.
Bike lanes don't make you safer: cars zoom by you anyway. bikers never obey the rules of the road anyway. They offer a false sense of security. When it comes to Cecile vs. bike, vehicles have an undefeated record.

Congressman Kevin McCarthy joined the show from Washington. The problem with the country's budget is that the President wants to continually increase spending. The idea for sequestration is not the Republican congress but the President and his chief of staff Jack Lew. McCarthy says the people are starting to realize that Obama is overplaying his hand, evidence of poor leadership. Cutting $85 billion of a $3.7 trillion budget. That won't make much of a dent. He called him the "Roadshow President" never getting off campaign mode. |

State attorney general Kamala Harris filed a brief with the Supreme Court against Prop 8, the 2010 law passed by voters defining marriage as between a man and woman.
While Prop 8 is being challenged in the courts, it is still in the state's constitution. And, isn't she an elected officer of this state who's sworn to uphold the constitution? Outrageous.
