Now former Fresno State basketball star Ki-Ki Moore is transferring to University of the Pacific. Nice trick since the Bulldog athletic department told everyone she was retiring due to lingering injuries.
Junior guard Ki-Ki Moore of the Fresno State women's basketball team announced Friday that this season will be her last at Fresno State, as she is ending her career.
Although she does have one season of eligibility remaining, Moore has chosen to forgo that year due to lingering injuries and constant pain. This decision was one she pondered throughout the season and was finalized on Wednesday when she told head coach Raegan Pebley. She is graduating this spring with her bachelor's degree in communications.
Moore, speaking with CBS 47 refutes that she disclosed her injuries.
So, what is really going on? Someone is not being clear? What exactly did Ki-Ki tell the school, and what right did they have to publicly release that info? I am not accusing the school of having a malicious reason or ulterior motive, but something here isn't right.
The latest example of government waste: spending $125,000 to study transgender voices. Ugh!
The push for more drones and security cameras is increasing in the wake of the Boston bombings. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-New York) supports more drones. So does Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) in some instances. New York police chief Ray Kelly wants more cameras.
Here in Fresno, red light cameras were deactivated a few years ago. But, in the wake of the shrinking police force, it wouldn't surprise me to see them back. Callers were skeptical of drones, and somewhat mixed on red light cameras.
I agree with President Obama on something! He has a good tactic to prevent his kids from getting tattoos. I tried it with my son (versus his his pants hanging below his crack), and it worked!
