Vagim is a former county supervisor. McCall is a Fresno resident who researched the issue and put together the numbers (View Document).

Yes on G's campaign manager Tim Clark called in. We asked, where's the Mayor? How come she can't come on. Tim hemmed and hawed and squirmed and made excuses. She's busy. She's just one of supporters, etc.
Yes on G's campaign manager Tim Clark called in. We asked, where's the Mayor? How come she can't come on. Tim hemmed and hawed and squirmed and made excuses. She's busy. She's just one of supporters, etc. No, she is THE face of the campaign. Take his non-answer for what you will. Tim and Doug argued whether this is a springboard for a possible Ashley Swearengin run at governor.
Harry Reid once said taxes are voluntary. What an idiot.
Congressman Devin Nunes grilled the former acting IRS chief this morning:
This may be the most awesome doctor in the world.
Giants P Jeremy Affeldt is an ultra-honest ballplayer. After discovering a contract snafu, he was overpaid and returned the money.

We invited both Leitica Perez and Andy Vidak to join us ahead of Tuesday's senate district 16 election. Leticia showed up. Andy didn't.
We asked her more tough questions. She is against any gun restrictions, including today's vote to ban lead ammunition. She agrees with Bill that gun permits should be recognized across state lines. She is against any taxing of cigarettes. She is against the idea of creating intergender bathrooms, saying she doesn't want a man during her "private time."
She justified her ads against Andy Vidak and his tax stances. Leticia does support high speed rail.
When asked why not raise minimum wage to $15/hr. (she is supports a hike to $9.50). she gave a non-answer.
(I referenced this story of Leticia that I liked on KGET).
The state assembly voted to ban lead ammunition for hunting. Another infringement of our gun rights in the name of the "environment."
Venezuela needs to import toilet paper. Are we prepared if disaster hits us? The key is food storage. Gas prices are going up. Make sure you are ready.
Congressman Devin Nunes (R-Visalia/Fresno) made some startling allegations that the Justice Department has seized congressional phone records.

The President spoke about the IRS scandal this afternoon. It's so nice to know he will look into it.
Very predictable reaction out of Washington. Democrats are downplaying the scandals, blaming the GOP for lack of funding, or ordering IRS investigations first, or treating Benghazi as if it's no big deal. The GOP needs to be smart and not fall in to this typical Obama playbook.
What's next? Some are calling for a special prosecutor that can be appointed by the attorney general, Eric Holder.
Retiring Fresno State president John Welty called into the show. He will move down to La Quinta and teach at the CSU campus in the desert. He is proud of increasing the academic program and facilities on campus.
His biggest disappointment in regards to the athletic department are the NCAA sanctions and sexual harassment. As far as the cutting of the wrestling team, he says it was unfortunate, but had to be done to meet gender equity guidelines.
He is not involved with in the selection of his successor, but understands the process. He understand the need for confidentiality.
