I love entrepreneurs. I love their ideas and passion. In San Francisco, some teens have an idea to turn idle calls in the airport parking lot into rentals why you are gone. So, if you go on vacation and leave your car in the parking lot, instead of paying out the nose to leave your car there, you get paid! You leave your car to be rented out while you are gone.

Well, the big boys like Hertz and Avis are upset. So is the government. Bypassing the high parking rates and rental car taxes means bypassing filling the government's coffers. I can understand while the businesses may be ticked off. Why should they have to pay the obscene taxes when these teen tycoons not?

Don't take the huggy kissy performance this morning on the "Today" show to mean Miss Connecticut and Miss Utah get along. In the Twitterverse, Miss Utah seems to be getting all the attention after giving a terrible answer during the Miss USA pageant.

Over the weekend there were some new developments in the news of Fire Chief Brown. After coming in studio saying this was all a misunderstanding, the Fresno County Sheriffs released the full 911 tape from that night. My question is should we give Chief Brown a pass? I mean we do hold these city officials to a higher standard. The callers were somewhat split. Some even say I'm hurting the situation my even talking about it. Ultimately I think the city will look into this situation, and see can he continue to do his job effectively and go from there.

Over the weekend I caught some of the Miss America pageant, where once again these girls get to the segment where they have to answer questions and just make a fool of themselves, take a look.....

	The FPOA President Jacky Parks joined us in studio today, to talk about many things. The main topic of conversation is life after Measure G and how it will affect the police department. There was a lot of talk about the consolidation of the Fresno Police department and the Sheriffs department. Jacky also talked about his relationship with Chief Dyer after their differing views on Measure G.

Fire chief Rob Brown (and his attorney Charles Magill) joined us live in studio to discuss the domestic violence allegations against him. He denied ever hitting his wife. He said it was an issue between him and his son. He says he was not drunk at the time. He doe snot know why the sheriff's news release regarding the arrest says what it did about the nature of the incident and his non-cooperation with the deputies.

A man in the ER found an interesting way to clear the line. He wore a hat that said "Border Patrol."

President Obama held an LGBT event at the White House last night. I am not against homosexuals, but I am against the gay agenda. I don't like it in my face that what I believe is right is now wrong. I am also disturbed that Obama trotted out two girls to push the liberal and gay agenda. Inappropriate.

All of this stuff that Obama and the progressive movement are leaving a trail of destruction for the next generation.

FPOA president Jacky Parks called in to give an update to the concessions the police union has made to the city. He is still awaiting a response from the city and looks forward to that conversation.

As far as the arrest of Fire Chief Rob Brown, Parks urges caution to rush to judgment and let the facts play out.

Social media has gone too far. Former Fresno State great Ryan Mathews says he is the victim from Twitter hate. It is easy to say hateful things when you don't have to go face to face with him.
