Jennifer Lawrence (from Hunger Games) has been named the Most Desirable Woman in the World for 2013, according to AskMen’s just-released annual Top 99 list. She rose from #47 last year to the top spot based on a poll of 2.4 million readers. Mila Kunis came in 2nd. Also in the Top 10: Rihanna, Kristen Stewart and actress Emma Stone. AskMen bases their “desirability” on a combination of “beauty, brains, ambition and charm,” with everything from sex appeal to humor and professional achievements considered.
Denise Richards is looking after ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s twins for "an indefinite period of time" while their mom Brooke continues to battle addiction issues in rehab. Brooke allegedly asked Denise to help care for her 3-year-old boys, Max and Bob, before she checked into a treatment facility to deal with her prescription pill problems. Their dad, Charlie Sheen is busy working on his TV sitcom "Anger Management." This isn’t the first time Denise has done this. She took care of the boys while Brooke stayed at a wellness center to aid her recovery earlier this year. Denise has two children of her own with Charlie, daughters Lola and Sam
"Storage Wars" - the hit show on A&E - is apparently deceiving viewers by making it seem contestants are bidding on unseen items, when in fact, the best goods are actually planted inside. So says David Hester – who is one of the stars of the show – who is now suing A&E, accusing them of staging the show. David says he was fired when he complained to producers about the show being rigged. In one case, David says producers planted a BMW mini car under a pile of trash. Hester is suing for wrongful termination, breach of contract and unfair business practices along with other causes for damages in excess of $750,000 dollars
The 2013 Award Season officially kicked off this morning with the announcement of the 19th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations: Nicole Kidman received two nominations and so did Maggie Smith from Downton Abby. Other nominees include: Kevin Costner, Julianne Moore, Jim Parsons, Alec Baldwin, Betty White, Tina Fey and Anne Hathaway. The Best Picture nominees are: Argo, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Les Mis, Lincoln and Silver Linings Playbook
