There has been a lot of controversy surrounding Beyonce lip-synching of the National Anthem at the Inauguration. Well, Beyoncé had a Super Bowl halftime show press conference yesterday… and she stepped up to the podium with a mic in her hand and politely asked the crowd: "Would you guys mind standing?" And then she belted out the national anthem – completely live. After she finished, she asked, "Any questions?" Of course, one reporter asked asked about the lip-synching, and Beyonce said that she is a perfectionist and did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra. Due to the weather, due to the delay, due to no proper sound check, she didn’t feel comfortable taking the risk, so she sang along with a prerecorded track. But, she guarantees, Sunday’s halftime performance will be 100% live.

John Mayer has finally opened up about his relationship with Katy Perry for the first time in a new interview with Rolling Stone. He was asked how the relationship has been going, and John said: “It’s been… I mean, I’m quite happy.” And he doesn’t rule out getting married one day. He says he wants to live a very traditional life with a very untraditional day job.

Justin Bieber really needs to stop loaning his car out ... because it was involved in another run-in with cops early this morning. TMZ says Justin wasn't driving, but the guy behind the wheel (named Lil Za) was pulled over in West Hollywood around 1:30 this morning for tinted windows. He didn't have a license, so cops put him in the back of the squad car. But, they gave him a break, and he was cited and released. What’s crazy is that, a month ago to the day, another one of Justin’s friends, "Lil Twist", borrowed the same car and was pulled over by cops and a photographer was killed by another car while shooting the traffic stop.
