A little over a year ago, Adam Levine trashed celebrity fragrances on his Twitter. He said signature scents should be banned and "punishable by death." 

Funy... because now he is launching his own.

Adam partnered with ID Perfumes to develop scents for both men and women. The bottles are shaped like micrphones with silver mesh caps.
 
Adam said he found the things that inspire him in his everyday surroundings and express who he is as a person. He wanted to create a line for men and women that is complex in its notes yet intriguing and invigorating.
 
He will launch both fragrances Thursday here in Los Angeles.
