Kris Humphries' lawyer - Marshall Waller – has quit the divorce case, saying he and Kris just don't see eye-to-eye on the Kim Kardashian divorce. He thinks Kris is abusing the legal system by fighting for an annulment - because there's absolutely NO evidence of fraud. The case has dragged on for almost a year-and-a-half now – and Marshall made it clear to Kris that there are NO legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, . Kris still has an out-of-state lawyer, but now needs another California lawyer to sponsor him in the divorce case. Lawyers for Kim and Kris are in court this morning, and Kim’s lawyer is asking for a trial date as early as next month. But now, will Kris argue that since he just lost his California lawyer, he needs more time? If the judge does give Kris more time, it will be the 4th time the judge has delayed the trial.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going in on a new business venture together… They are releasing their own brand of wine from their French estate. The wine is a rosé, formerly called “Pink Floyd,” and is being re-branded as “Miraval.” – as in the name of their estate: Chateau Miraval. Both Brad and Angelia are very involved – they attended the rosé blending sessions and even helped design the bottle.

They both used to have reality TV shows of their own – then both were on “Dancing with the Stars” – and now they are swapping lives. Kendra Wilkinson will go from having one child to taking care of eight kids – because she and Kate Gosselin are going to be on an upcoming episode of “Celebrity Wife Swap.” They are going to exchange families for one week, with Kate living with Kendra’s husband Hank Baskett and the couple’s three-year-old son Hank, and Kendra taking care of Kate’s eight kids. The show airs on February 26 on ABC.

This certain photo has been all over the internet – with people saying Adele was yelling at him about being disrespectful for not standing – or about his relationship with Rihanna. But, Adele has finally admitted that they were actually complimenting each other in that photo. Chris tweeted Adele - thanking her for setting the record straight.
